Suzi is the President/CEO, Escrow Officer and owner of El Paso Title. She is the granddaughter of Cotton Schwarzbach, who founded El Paso Title Co in 1930. Suzi has nearly 40 years of experience and knowledge here in her hometown of El Paso.

Joanne “Joni” Jordan
Joni is VP, Escrow Officer and Title Exam Director – Joni is Suzi’s sister and of course also one of Cotton’s granddaughters. Joni has been with El Paso Title since 2020.

Lisa Loker
Lisa is VP, Escrow Officer and Marketing Director. She is also Lenard’s daughter. Lisa moved from Michigan in 2022 to join the family here at EPTC!

Lenard Phillips
Lenard is the Executive Escrow Assistant and Suzi’s husband. He is the go-to guy when it comes to courier services and getting the office in top condition.
